At AdeoPets, we want you and your pet to love your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned pet fashion, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
